CG Hospitality, a subsidiary of Chaudhary Group, laid the foundation stone for the project, inspired by Kathmandu’s iconic Summit Hotel. The resort will combine modern amenities with authentic Nepali character and will be spread across approximately 30 Ropanis of land.
The hotel is expected to be completed and operational within 24 months, featuring about 30 rooms with room rates around USD 500 per night. It will offer premium services to domestic and international tourists.
