Dolpa- A transport has reached Upper Dolpa via Mustang, using the Gandaki Corridor on Monday.
Two jeeps journeyed to Chharkabhot in Chharka Tangsong Rural Municipality of Dolpa, the highest human settlements in the world. It is located at an altitude of 4,300 meters above sea level.
It is expected to provide transportation services across three rural municipalities: Chharka Tangsong , Dolpobuddha, and Shey-Phoksundo.
Local residents welcomed the development with great enthusiasm, expressing hope that better transportation will lead to improved access to goods, services, and opportunities.-RSS
