Kathmandu-Miraaya Wellness and Golf Resort has launched a new range of international standard wellness programmes, bringing globally recognised healing practices to Nepal.
The programmes combine authentic Ayurveda by Prana Veda with award winning healing philosophies inspired by The Farm at San Benito.
The launch marks a major step in positioning Nepal as a destination for restorative and regenerative wellness. Miraaya aims to redefine luxury wellness by offering structured, evidence informed, and personalised healing journeys in a natural setting.
Rahul Chaudhary, Managing Director and CEO of CG Hospitality, said the launch represents a new phase for Nepal’s wellness sector.
He said the integration of Ayurvedic wisdom with globally recognised healing philosophies offers guests a structured and transformative experience, while strengthening Nepal’s presence on the international wellness map.
Prana Veda brings authentic Ayurvedic expertise to Miraaya under the leadership of Dr Cristeena Francis.
She is an Ayurvedic physician from Kerala, India, with more than a decade of clinical and wellness experience. The programmes focus on personalised care based on individual body constitution and health needs.
Key Ayurvedic offerings include personalised consultations, therapeutic treatments for detox and rejuvenation, and sacred practices such as yoga and mindfulness. Signature programmes include Detox or Shodana, De Stress and Sleep Enhancement or Shanti, Silence Retreat or Mauna Visrama, Rejuvenation or Rasayana, Weight Management or Purna Kaya, and Women’s Health and Fertility Enhancement or Malati.
Miraaya has also introduced healing programmes inspired by The Farm at San Benito, a globally awarded holistic wellness sanctuary.
These programmes integrate natural therapies, structured detox, and lifestyle focused healing approaches.
Core features include plant based, nutrient rich cuisine inspired by The Farm’s philosophy, signature spa therapies and massages, personalised health assessments by wellness experts, and a healing environment at the foothills of the Devchuli hills in Chitwan, surrounded by forested landscapes.
Programmes such as Detox Cleanse and Beauty and Vitality follow the same standards found at leading global wellness destinations. Each programme includes a pre arrival wellness questionnaire, online consultation with Dr Cristeena Francis, regular progress assessments, and full board wellness meals. Guests can choose between Prana Satwik cuisine or a raw vegan menu inspired by The Farm. Daily yoga, pranayama, mindful movement, and guided jungle walks are also included.
