Kathmandu-Nepal Tech Roadshow USA 2026 is scheduled to take place on May 15 at Embassy Suites by Hilton, Bass Pro Drive, Grapevine, Texas.

Organized by  the Nepal Association for Software and IT Services Companies (NAS-IT), the roadshow is being organized to expand Nepal’s global technology footprint by promoting the country’s IT capabilities in the international market and creating business linkages with U.S.-based companies, investors, and the Nepali diaspora.

According to NAS-IT, the initiative aims to position Nepal as a reliable and competitive destination for software development, artificial intelligence (AI), data services, and digital transformation solutions.

Building on previous international engagements, the Nepal Tech Roadshow USA 2026 seeks to establish direct connections between Nepali IT companies and the U.S. market while fostering long-term partnerships and expanding opportunities in one of the world’s largest technology ecosystems.

'The world is just beginning to discover what Nepal’s tech industry is truly capable of. We have the talent, the delivery track record, and the ambition to become a long-term technology partner for businesses globally,” said Richan Shrestha, Founding President and Executive Board Member of NAS-IT.

He added that the roadshow events in San Francisco and Dallas reflect NAS-IT’s commitment to placing Nepal’s technology industry on the global map.

Ahead of the main event in Dallas, NAS-IT will also organize Nepal Tech Connect – San Francisco on May 8, aimed at engaging Bay Area professionals, entrepreneurs, and investors through networking and discussion sessions.

The event is being organized in partnership with the Nepalese American Chamber of Commerce (NACOC) as the official local partner and the American Chamber of Commerce in Nepal (AmCham Nepal) as associate partner. Dexperts Inc. is the title sponsor, while Focus Health and Fusemachines are supporting the initiative.

The roadshow will feature participation from leading Nepali IT companies including Bajra Technologies, Biz Serve IT, Citytech Group, Code Pixelz Media, Jasper IT, Leapfrog Technology Nepal, Quickfox Technologies, RARA Labs, and Techkraft Inc.

Key highlights of the event include company showcases, B2B meetings and networking opportunities, industry insight sessions, and diaspora engagement programs designed to strengthen collaboration between Nepal and the U.S. technology sectors.

The event will also feature keynote sessions from industry leaders including Richan Shrestha, Himal Karmacharya, Abhaya Poudel, Shankar Upreti, and Kailash Bijayananda, who will discuss Nepal’s ICT landscape, global delivery capabilities, ease of doing business in Nepal, and opportunities for U.S.–Nepal technology collaboration.
