NEPSE increases by  7.50 points

Kathmandu-On the fourth trading  day of the week, the Nepal  Stock  Exchange (NEPSE) increased by 7.50 points to close at 2,597.80 on Thursday, compared to the previous trading  session. 

A total of 120 companies posted gains in their share prices, while the share prices of 152 companies declined.

During the day’s trading, 4.562 million shares of 371 companies were traded through 39,595 transactions.

The total daily turnover stood at Rs 4.562 billion in the today trading session.

Shares of NIBL Growth Fund recorded the highest gain of the day, rising 14.96 per cent. Meanwhile, Corporate Development Bank Limited posted the steepest decline, with its share price falling 8.77 per cent.

In terms of trading value, Singati Hydro Energy Limitedtopped the list, with debt securities worth Rs247.429 million changing hands.

Among the 13 sectoral indices, four sector  ended in negative  territory.


The Mutual Fund recorded the biggest gain of the day, falling by 1.66 per cent.
