Kathmandu-The Nepal Stock Exchange index fell by 25.81 points to close at 2,737.6 on Wednesday.
Market breadth remained weak. Share prices of 30 companies rose, while 235 declined and four remained unchanged. Daily turnover reached Rs 4.986 billion.
The biggest gain came from Corporate Development Bank Limited bond, which rose by 13.81 percent.
By transaction value, Reliance Spinning Mills Limited recorded the highest turnover at Rs 241,963 million.
Only three subgroup index posted gains, while 10 declined. The Trading Index subgroup led the losses, dropping 1.09 percent.
