Kathmandu- The Nepal Stock Exchange index sees a double digit on Monday.
The NEPSE index surged by 38.19 points to close at 2,783.85.
Share prices of 247 companies rose, while 18 declined and four remained unchanged. Daily turnover reached Rs 4.613 billion.
The biggest gain came from First Micro Finance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited , which rose by 14.19 percent.
By transaction value, Reliance Spinning Mills Limited (RSML) recorded the highest turnover at Rs 211.119 million.
Meanwhile, all 13 subgroup index posted gains during trading day.
