Kathmandu- The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) rebounded on Wednesday after seven consecutive sessions of decline.
The benchmark NEPSE index rose by 44.59 points to close at 2,652.93. The market recorded a total turnover of Rs. 3.861 billion, with 252 stocks advancing and 17 declining.
Shares of Snow Rivers Limited hit the positive circuit limit during the day's trading. In terms of turnover, Laxmi Sunrise Bank Limited led the market, with shares worth Rs. 288.427 million changing hands.
All 13 sectoral indices ended the session in the green, with the Trading Index posting the highest gain of 2.60 percent.
